first of all when we left that day they cried all 4 hours on our way home... we stopped in Plano to pick up Taylor and I locked the keys in the car... along with the kitties. i called triple A and told to them rush bc we had poor little animals in the car. it was true, we but we were also dead tired and wanted to get home.
a funny thing that happened halfway home was that i decided to let Max out of her carrier bc she was just screeching and i read somewhere that if cats can see out the windows it helps calm them. so against shannon's wishes i let her out. she immediately went down to the floor, into the litter box and doodied. while we were driving 70 mph down the highway. i was amused and impressed.
a couple of days after we came home shannon took them to the vet for vaccinations, well kitty check ups and baths. they both had their backs shaved bc of how matted the hair was. other than being fat they are in great shape the doc said.
they have been living on the 3rd floor and have only been introduced to their long lost brother, spike. they get along fine and he and sam actually play together at night. thats the only time i see sam... he hides under the bed all day. so, actually i only got pics of max. she's going to rule the whole house. here she is....
